Privacy policy
This page describes how MM Apps handles information from mmapps.site, emails, calls, and paid product work.
1. What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, website, and project notes you type. That form is delivered to support@mmapps.site through a mail relay, so the relay sees the same fields. If you call, text, or WhatsApp +92 304 5310107, we receive whatever you send on that channel. Email to support@mmapps.site is treated as ordinary business mail.
Our website environment may record limited technical data such as IP address, browser, device type, pages requested, and timestamps. That exists so the site can run and so we can debug failures. We do not run advertising pixels on mmapps.site.
2. How we use it
We use this information to answer you, book a consult, write a proposal, deliver engineering work, invoice, and keep a record of the relationship. We do not sell personal information.
3. Who else sees it
We use vendors for website hosting, email, and (when a project needs them) payments or collaboration tools. They only get what they need to run that service. We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the studio is sold or merged and the records move with the business.
App Store cards on this site link to Apple. Appleās privacy rules apply once you leave mmapps.site.
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry mail is kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up a thread. Client files, invoices, and source-access notes stay for as long as the engagement and tax or contract rules require. Retention is not one fixed number; it follows the kind of record.
5. Security
We use ordinary business safeguards for accounts, mail, and repositories. No internet transmission is perfectly safe. If you send secrets in a contact form, treat that as a risk; prefer a shared private channel after we are under contract.
6. Where data is processed
MM Apps works remotely with clients in more than one country. Information may be processed where our team or vendors operate, which may be outside your home country.
7. Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to limit how we use it. Email support@mmapps.site. We will not send marketing lists; if that ever changes, you can opt out in the same inbox.
8. Other sites
mmapps.site may link to LinkedIn, the App Store, or other third-party pages. Their policies are their own.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the new text will replace this page and the effective date will move. Continued use of the site after that date means you have seen the update.
